“We had the task of selling a loved ones home. After cleaning out & preparing the house to go on the market, we had to find a realtor. We were dreading the process. Luckily, someone who came to look at the home privately, recommended Kelly Mahoney. We didn't realize how luckily we got! That night Kelly reached out to us and we knew we found the right person! She was very knowledgeable about the area and the community in particular. She was professional, courteous, and most importantly to us, not pushy. We felt comfortable with her immediately, as if we were talking to an old friend. Kelly walked us through the upcoming process and explained what we could expect. Easter was less than 10 days away and she knew the importance of getting the house ready for photography and an open house, before the holiday weekend. Within in 24 hrs of our signed the contract, Kelly took charge and arranged for a cleaning service and a photography session. The final bid was well over the initial asking price and we couldn't have been happier! Even after the bid was accepted, Kelly went above and beyond for us. We lived 2 hours away. There were many small details that needed attention in order to get to closing. She, along with the help of her husband, took care of each item on the checklist for us and saved us numerous trips up north. Kelly really went to bat for us.
